These energy dynamics (like old beliefs, past experiences, or relationships) are transmitted to me as “pictures,” visualizations I receive by tuning into your unique energy system. In this way, we explore where you feel stuck, blocked, or unsettled, and how to free yourself to feel more joyful and empowered.

What is an Integration Session?

Pairing your energetic readings with an Integration Session helps reveal more potent insights. Shortly after your reading, you’ll receive customized journal prompts to explore takeaways from the reading, along with ways you can put that information into practice. One to two weeks after your reading, we’ll meet for a 40-minute follow up call (either by phone or Zoom) to talk through your journal responses, reflect on your practice, and address any additional questions so you feel clear, grounded, and supported in moving forward.
